With a building career spanning 22 years, Shane runs the teams with a experienced approach to safety and productivity.
Experienced in multiple industries and high BDM roles, Yew is running JMAC Civil’s Construction team and is a key contributor to our company.
A vital part of the JMAC team, Justin applies his 25 years of experience in overseeing all aspects of residential building & construction.
Doug is a electrical contractor with 25 years experience. He has worked in all aspects of the trade, including building, construction and mining.
Mark has applied his many years of Plumbing experience throughout most aspects of building and construction.
Eric has Grown with the company over the last couple of years, exceeding expectations with his HR and accounts knowledge.
Ross, brings 25 years of construction expertise. His knowledge & contacts ensures our projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
JMAC secures its first contract with Leightons (CIMIC) to fit out the Peel Health Campus - contract value $300,000.
Less than 2 months later, JMAC secured a second contract with Leightons. The 100 km Salt Water pipeline project covered works from coastal Australind in Perth to Collie, WA - contract Value $400,000.
Thiess awards JMAC the highly sought after contract for all concrete and form-work for the 12 bridges of Perth’s new South Freeway Link - contract value $1,800,000.
JMAC wins contracts on Roe Highway bridges and noise-wall construction/ installation. With more than 20 km of noise wall and installation of pre-cast panels to bridge components -contract value of $1.2m.
During this period JMACs focus was placed on over 50 residential housing renovations and multiple apartment developments throughout WA.
During the six years, the projects consisted of single story houses @ $80k per house and 3 unit, single story developments @$900k per set.
Further apartment developments undertaken: Single story renovations valued @ $100k each, and 3 unit sites contacted @$900k per.
Large sheds including fit-outs: complete specialised shed in Perth region with contract from 250k to 500k including workshops and equestrian use
First 400-acre subdivision. A 6-million-dollar subdivision in the Perth hills; subdivided into 50 acre lots plus 2 km road works.

Operation is moved to Goldfields in Western Australia after winning contracts with Pit N Portal Mining Services to supply workshops, concrete works and general building and maintenance.
Work commences at Minjar Gold Mine. JMAC is engaged for a wide scope of works at the Marvel Loch & Nevoria sites.

Site and building maintenance continues on all Marvel Loch camps and residential properties.
JMAC Civil continued to be contracted out to Norton Gold Fields, Barto Gold & additional Kalgoorlie companies.
The new works included:
Wide range of operations in full swing including camp construction for Lithco in Bald Hill worth $1mil.
The supply and install of shotcrete continued while developing into our own product, Mcrete.
Whilst winning various underground contracts in the WA Gold Fields and Marvel Loch sites, construction and surface services continue on many sites. JMAC continues to branch north to include Barminco’s, Garden Well site & Karara.
JMAC Civil designed and constructed a 200-man expansion to Liatam Mining's camp in Australia. The project increased capacity by 200%, adhering to 'quiet hours' restrictions.
The Minjar Gold project involved constructing a new Core Shed, increasing production capacity by 300%, with no safety incidents, completed on time and budget.
